Three-Hour FREE Workshop

with SARAH PEYTON & JOHN KINYON

Systems of Protection & Empathetic Presence:

Attachment to Persons, Systems & Ancestors

In the role of being a guide for others through life's conflicts and challenges, hurt we carry from individual attachment wounds and collective, generational, and social justice levels of painful or traumatic experience can create systems of protection in us that become barriers to empathic presence, attunement, and being as effective as we could with people we are supporting.

In this 3-hour free beta workshop on Saturday December 27, 9am-12pm Pacific Time, Sarah Peyton and John Kinyon will together share their approaches to working with these inner barriers of protection. They will use John's 3Chair Model from his Mediate Your Life body of work and aspects of Sarah's neuroscience-based Resonance work to facilitate conflict situations from workshop participants. As inner barriers to empathic presence and attunement arise in the practice, the focus will shift to putting those barriers into the mediation chairs to create inner reconciliation, healing, and collaboration.

In participating in this workshop, John and Sarah would enjoy your thoughtfulness and feedback about what is meaningful, effective and supportive of transformation, as well as any creative thoughts you have for improvement.
