Come walk the sacred path of healing through conflict. This 5-day Mediate Your Life retreat invites leadership coaches, mediators, and therapists of all kinds onto a journey of renewal and learning—for those who feel called to guide others through the fire of conflict into the deeper waters of transformation in the heart of Ireland. Let the Irish ground hold you. Let the stillness teach you. Let this be the place where the next level of your work in the world begins.

This residential training is hosted at Teach Bhríde Holistic Education Centre in Tullow, County Carlow, Ireland, a former Brigidine convent and sanctuary for wellbeing nestled in nature.
You will learn the Mediate Your Life (MYL) conflict coaching and mediation framework, grounded in mindfulness, deep empathy, and the 3 Chair Model. Together we will explore how to support clients navigating inner tension, interpersonal breakdown, and the raw, unhealed pain of past experiences. We will practice the art of reconciliation—not just as a method, but as a way of being.
Through shared silence, guided practice, group conversation, and the beauty of the land itself, we will reconnect to what gives our work meaning: being a presence of connection and peace in a fragmented world.
Pricing
The first 4 to register will get an early bird rate of €500 / $585, the regular rate is €650 / $760.
Accommodation for a single room is €325 / $395 and €350 / $415 for an ensuite (all meals included for both rooms).
In this intimate workshop, you will learn more about John Kinyon’s Mediate Your Life (MYL) approach to conflict coaching and mediation and how it combines the international work of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with a mediation framework and mindfulness — dual and nondual. The MYL approach helps people navigate the transformative journey through conflicts and challenges in their lives — internal, interpersonal, communal — and to respond to the societal, global challenges we are now facing. This 5-day workshop retreat will give deep experiential learning and practice on the topics of: Mediating Conflict Internally, Interpersonal Conflict, and Reconciliation and Healing.
