The year-long MYL program is divided into two 6-month segments:

Mediation Training
January 6/7, 2026 – June 16/17, 2026

Conflict Coaching Training
August, 2026 – February, 2027

TUITION

Choose the tuition level that fits with how you experience your financial situation:

$400/month — If you feel stability and sufficiency/abundance of income/resources, and want to give at the level we would like to receive.

$300/month — If you feel lower sufficiency of income/resources.

Mediation and Conflict Coaching Monthly Option 2

This reserves your seat in the full 12-month MYL Mediation and Conflict Coaching Program that incorporates both the Conflict Coaching and the Mediation Training and allows you to make 12 monthly payments.

You will be charged when the training begins, for 12 months.

More about Tuition

The $400/month tuition we are asking for the training is to support the sustainability of the work to continue and grow, which we believe is contributing to a better world. We also want to be inclusive of individuals who may be experiencing less abundance or access to resources, and to support a monetary system that values everyone's needs. We invite you to seek financial support from somewhere in your life to be able to give this amount. We have found that the more people invest in themselves and contribute to the training, the more value and dreamed of outcomes they tend to receive from being in the program. If you are not able to find a way to give the $400/month, let us know. We are committed to making this training accessible to all for whom the program is a good fit. What happens if I can’t complete the training or wish to withdraw?

If during the training you no longer are able to attend the weekly class sessions, you have the option to switch to a self-study version of the training (watching the class recordings and continuing to practice with practice partners), or repeat the training in the future at a reduced tuition.

If you wish to withdraw from the program for any reason, let us know and we can be in conversation with you about it. We may ask you for a cancellation payment to cover that spot in the training and admin time for stopping monthly payments. If you have made a one-time payment, we can give you a proportional credit to use for future training. We generally do not refund payments, however we are always willing to dialogue about this, taking into consideration the circumstances, and seeing how we might be able to meet your needs and ours.
