Introduction to Nonviolent Communication

Introduction to Nonviolent Communication for MYL Programs

The Introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is designed specifically for those wanting to pursue one of the MYL Programs and who have little or no previous experience with the NVC communication framework (OFNR: Observation, Feeling, Need, Request).

Whether you are interested in learning to guide yourself to the other side of conflict through the MYL Journey Training Program, or to be a guide for others through the MYL Mediation & Conflict Coaching Training Program, this introductory course will give you the necessary foundational concepts and practical skills to get the most out of your MYL training.

This live online course will meet once a week for two weeks. The sessions will be 2-hours long and will be facilitated by an MYL Certified Trainer.
