Intro to Nonviolent Communication and the 3Chair Model of MYL

Foundation for the MYL Programs

This two-week introduction course is designed specifically for those wanting to pursue MYL training and who have little or no previous experience with the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) components and principles. 

Whether you are interested in learning to guide yourself to the other side of conflict through the MYL Journey Training Courses, or to be a guide for others through the MYL Mediation & Conflict Coaching Training, this introductory course will give you the foundational concepts and practical skills to get the most out of your MYL training. This course meets live for two weeks (two-hour sessions once a week) and is facilitated by a trainer who is MYL Certified.
