Course Outline
Week 1 | Creating a Container for Awareness
Every meaningful journey begins with a safe and steady place to start.
⸻
Week 2 | Returning to Yourself
In the busyness and momentum of everyday life, we rarely pause to notice what is truly happening within us.
⸻
Week 3 | Being with Yourself
When we stop trying to immediately solve every problem and instead learn to stay present with our experience, life gradually begins to reveal new possibilities.
⸻
Week 4 | Understanding Others
Truly understanding another person does not mean abandoning yourself.
⸻
Week 5 | Embracing “We”
The Third Chair is not about stepping outside a conflict.
It is about entering a wider space that can hold both people at the same time.
⸻
Week 6 | Living Awareness
In our final week, we integrate everything we’ve explored throughout the course, bringing together the Three Chairs and awareness into one coherent way of being.
*The purpose of this course is not simply intellectual understanding.
It is to gradually bring awareness into our relationships, conflicts, and everyday lives, until it becomes a new way of living.*
