Conflict Coaching
One-On-One Sessions for Organization Leaders
Individual one-on-one sessions are based on the Mediate Your Life Map. The coaching sessions help you navigate any conflict to connection and the emergence of new possibilities. In the process you receive skills training and gain access to practical and supportive learning resources.
John works with founders, leadership, family businesses, families and communities, particularly in the technology, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
The Approach is based in a form of empathic communication called Nonviolent Communication (NVC), an international body of work proven over decades around the world to be powerfully effective and transformational.
It also includes a restorative Reconciliation & Healing Process for unresolved emotional hurt and pain – broken trust and connection, ruptured relationship, perceived harm or damage – when this is the source of the conflict or an aspect of it.
The Process focuses on developing empathic understanding and connection with oneself and others, and shifting towards collaborative openings and creative emergence of possibilities.
