- SUMMARY OF CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed Attendance and Peer Practice Tracking sheets for Mediation and Coaching.
- 8 Assessment Forms from working with 2 non-paying/non-MYL mediation clients through Orientation, Pre-Mediation, Mutual Understanding, and Agreements sessions.
- 8 Assessment Forms from working with at least 4 different non-paying/non-MYL coaching clients, with each of the 8 MYL maps (for inner and outer conflict).
- 3 recordings with non-paying clients (1 coaching session, 1 Mutual Understanding mediation session, and 1 Agreements mediation session). It's OK if the clients are or have been in an MYL program, if you can't find people for this outside the program.
- 2 Reflection Statements ( 1 for mediation and 1 for coaching).

- CERTIFICATION REVIEW PROCESS
- When you are ready to submit all the required materials, submit payment of $500 for the certification review, and then submit your certification materials (see Materials for Certification section in Classroom for how to submit materials).
- If you are going for certification, we would like you to complete within two years of starting the process.
